Job Title: Office Manager / Operations Coordinator
Location: Roswell / Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager / Operations Coordinator to run our day-to-day office operations, manage scheduling, communicate with clients, and ensure every project flows smoothly from start to finish.
This role is critical to our growth and will work directly with ownership.

Responsibilities
- Customer & Front Office
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries
- Qualify leads and schedule on-site estimates
- Maintain excellent customer communication
- Scheduling & Operations
- Coordinate daily crew schedules
- Manage project timelines and updates
- Ensure smooth job flow from start to completion
- CRM & Systems Management
- Manage pipeline inside Odoo or similar system
- Track leads, estimates, approvals, and job status
- Keep all records clean and up to date
- Billing & Admin
- Send estimates and invoices
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years in office management, project coordination, or similar role
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or home services (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with software (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation
- $22–$30/hour (based on experience) plus bonuses
- Growth opportunities into Operations Manager role.
